April 12, 2020 - Pasta night. Deep ruby color. Intense nose of black fruit, vanilla, meat, tobacco, becoming crazy luxuriant with savory and cedar notes and hint of pepper on second day. Dry, medium acidity, smooth tannins, deep taste of blackcurrant, dried black plums, chocolate, toasted oak. Long and smooth finish. Elegant balance. Great blend. Fantastic.
