April 5, 2023 - Very pleasant and seemingly getting into a good drinking window. Compared with recent 2012 NSG from other vintners, this bottle seemed elegant, more forward than the old Faiveley closed style, but a little thin on the complexity and corps. Lightish red color, a mildly expressive bouquet of forest and medium red fruits, and some lighter bright cherry, dark cherry, tart cherry, and sous bois flavors on the palate with a fairly decent finish. Perhaps wil develop more complexity but definitely worth trying now.

May 20, 2022 - Sour cherries, raspberries, fennel, herbs and mushroom. Lovely balance between fruit and acidity. Delicious.

July 22, 2021 - Decent Burgundy, nose of strawberries and cranberries, freshly tilled earth, tobacco and some spice. Palate a bit young and needs a bit more time as tannins still pronounced. Finish is medium
