December 14, 2021 - Great with halibut.
March 16, 2021 - I'll decant next time. icy pale gold color. Subtle tropical nose, nothing as intense as the wonderful Uleses of the same vintage. A little acidic on the palate, fading to mouthwqtering melon, long finish. Mighet improve with decant or age. Great with fish tacos,
March 10, 2018 - Golden color. Very pleasant nose of cotton candy and pear. Light oak. Still drinking well. Candied apple and pear on the palate.
January 6, 2018 - Delicious pineapple and tropical flavors. Rich luscious.
April 8, 2017 - In its prime drinking window. Deep golden color with a viscous texture starting to show maturity and caramelization. A fair amount of oak runs throughout but its not overwhelming and is complimented by some minerality. It would have scored a point better but finishes flat with a strange vegital note. If you have any left I'd drink in the next year or so.
March 21, 2017 - Really nice chardonnay buttery feel in mouth with notes of tart apple, pear, and long creamy finish.
March 17, 2017 - Other people liked it but this was not my style of Chardonnay.
This was much more of the California style, fairly oaky and rich.
We tend to prefer California chardonnays that are patterned more after French style chardonnays.
January 28, 2017 - Great bottle for its price point
November 24, 2016 - Last half of a previously Coravin'd bottle. Pear, fig and apple on the nose. Great balance on the palate with a firm and crisp approach, and a faint, almost (but not quite) buttery softness on the finish. Sadly my last of two bottles.
October 21, 2016 - Fruit bursts out of your glass. Apple, peach, tropical fruit.a Nice hint of lemonny acidity in the finish. Full but not heavy. New world style without the fluid oak experience. Enjoyable, might be a tad bit overpriced. But overall a good glass of wine, for sure.
