January 18, 2023 - Peak drinking window now. Amber coloured and full of tertiary flavours but no oxidation or lack of acidity. Wonderful at this stage.

September 15, 2019 - Marmite wine: love it or hate it, but not many will be in between. Extremely concentrated and extracted without necessarily being overripe. The colour is a remarkable orange, and there is a strong flavour of apricot. Intense, fruity with solid acidity but could use more. Hard to imagine this aging much more without falling apart. Interesting but ultimately a curiosity of intensity without elegance or much balance.

June 14, 2019 - One of the nicest Chenins I've ever had. Deep amber colouring suggests oxidisation but there's just the faintest hint of that. With a little air and warmth, this wine opens up to reveal bee wax, honeysuckle, liquorice, apple and apricot, with just the slightest hint of sweetness. Immensely delicate and great with food. Fabulous effort.
The only thing is I have no idea whether this is at its peak or will get even better with age. -
