July 25, 2020 - Bright straw, on the nose a lot of petrol. Bone dry and full-bodied. This wine is gorgeous but still very young. I‘d keep it for some more years before opening.

June 1, 2018 - Guldgul färg, lite spritsig

Mycket melon, lime, limeskal, fet, med en del gummi

Hög syra, bra intensitet, härlig längd

En bra riesling. Riesling med 5-7 år på nacken är verkligen underbart.

October 2, 2015 - Drunk over 2+ hours. Even if I can't find a note on the other bottle I have had, this seems to have improved since whenever the first time was. In the beginning very dry and quite acidic. Softens with time and higher temperature but remains noticeably drier than previous vintages. At the same time it is still clearly an HL wine with the everchangeing aromatics and the excellent structure. Resembles a bit more a Kühling-Gillet/BattenfeledSpanier wine than usual. Harmonious and cool now but will keep.

June 8, 2015 - Tasted next to 2012 Kirchberg. More fruit, brighter, more open and charming. Also on the palate a bit more stuffing, less edgy, rounder, still powerful, saline and vibrant. Keep. 92-93+

March 29, 2015 - So wonderful, Mosel at its best! Koncentration, pearcandy, beewax, and a hint of burnt rubber on the nose. Lovely acid and an exact level of sweetness to make up the perfect balance. A slight little bitterness at the finish links with the honey and tells me this will be the perfect match for the food.
