August 19, 2021 - Summer of 2021 Cornucopia of Wines (Dogwood Grove, Garezers, HHI): This surprised me a bit because I thought I had Terlo figured out and that 10 years was the sweet spot for drinking, so not sure what happened here since it was closed or maybe just not that good. Maybe 2010s should still sit in the cellar for a while.

January 26, 2021 - Classic Barolo tar and roses, with some mint and tobacco too. Very much red fruited, with good depth and flesh. It has lovely balance and whilst structural elements play in the background, they are supportive. In a very nice place.

October 20, 2019 - Nice Barolo but needs more cellar time, I'll try this again in 2-3 years.

June 10, 2018 - Young, but still expressive of those classic Barolo flavors, especially tar and licorice. Set it down for another 10 years if you can.

    January 10, 2018 - Red brick orange hue...light-med body...
Nose is floral fermented cherry, tar earth spice...
Nose is very complex...flavor is cherry with leather spice and really
Even profile across the tongue...acidity and drying tannins very present
And the finish mirrors the above.... Very consistent on all aspects of the swallow.. Definitely a food wine.... Good wine
