July 13, 2021 - Gran bel Barbaresco
Non é il classico nebbiolo ma ha una bella struttura.
Corposo. Al naso sentori di frutti neri maturi. Soprattutto ciliegia nera e prugna. Poi con il tempo escono quelle piccole note legnose con qualche tocco di tabacco vanigliato. Tannini e acidità ben incorporati. Finale molto rotondo. Un bel vino… non me lo aspettavo! -

May 24, 2016 - Tasted at the winery. Lovely, near weightless mouthfeel upon entry, but then this fans out, its silky character emerges. An excellent example of what good winegrowing can achieve in a less than ideal vintage. Above-average balance, acidity/structure and length. Excellent effort, and very satisfying. 14,5% abv. (resolved), drink now with air or thru 2028.

September 13, 2015 - Twenty months in mainly new barrique. Darker than Tulin. Despite the oak the fruit predominates in the bouquet. Herb (sage?). Lots of spicy beautiful fruit. Exotic! Long.
