March 27, 2023 - Just so fascinating. 100% chardonnay. Served blind. Many guessed Chablis. Lots of ocean, oyster, iodine, meyer lemon along with tons of tang, high acidity, awesome balance and then of course the Ganevat funk. This has a lot of material that is pure and right down the middle of the white burg fairway but also has that Ganevat streak of uniqueness. Super fun.

November 27, 2022 - I was stunned how great this has aged - it is still very fresh and was guessed to be Puligny-Montrachet - can go even further. Alas my last bottle - it was a great ride
