May 7, 2021 - Decanted for 2+ hrs, then drank over 3 hrs. Drinking wonderfully now. I suppose you could hold it for a couple of years. But why risk it> It’s beautiful today! Had with marinated grilled filets, wild rice, and Caesar salad. Great wet tobacco, plum and sage nose. On the palate chocolate, dark berries, plum, and oak, with wet tobacco on the very long finish. Very disappointed this is my last bottle.

May 9, 2020 - A nice surprise, minimal decant, dark fruit up front, soft tannin, decent balance.

November 29, 2018 - On the nose- Dark fruits, cassis, currants, plum, black cherry, blackberries, mocha, dark chocolate, baking spices, pencil lead, oak, a bit of vanilla

On the nose- Dark fruits, cassis and currants, fresh plum and black cherry, blackberries with mocha, and great deep dark chocolate, baking spices and a bit of pencil lead and oak, and a hint of vanilla on the nose, this wine is drinking great now with about an hour of air, the tannins are still firm and work great with the fantastic fruit, this wine can age for another 7-8 years if not longer with no problem at all, just a world class Napa Valley Spring Mountain Cabernet

September 12, 2018 - Enjoyed this with marinated ribeye steak grilled on my Primo. This cab has aged nicely; tannins were smooth and integrated. Still nice fruit flavors and pleasant finish. One more bottle - will drink in the next 12 months, as this wine is quite ready.
