과연 데일리 와인을 묵히면 괜찮아 지려나?
일단 이 와인을 통해서 결론을 말하면 나쁘지 않은 것으로 보인다.
노즈에선느 일단 말그대로 포도 한송이를 갈아넣은 듯한 과실향이 느껴진다.
이어서 약간의 가죽향과 함께 느껴지는 희미한 흑연향.
시간이 지나면 달달한 제비꽃향이 느껴진다.
팔렛에서는 산미가 가장 눈에 띈다.
시다라는 느낌보다는 고급스러운 발사믹 식초를 즐기는듯한 느낌이다.
피니시 역시 짧지않게 이어져서 고급스러운 와인 느낌이 난다.
구운 고기와 페어링을 해봤는데 생각보다 잘 어울렸다.
폰토디 자체가 어울린다기보다는 시간이 지나면서 스모키함이 와인에서 나는데 이 향과 어우러져서 그러지 않았나 싶다.
새로 나오는 걸 사서 보관해도 좋을 것 같긴 하면서도 이 정도 가격에 셀러를 양보하기는 어려운 딜레마에 빠질듯 싶다.
June 24, 2023 - Lighter red colour. Tart fruit on the nose, on the palate has mellowed and now shows sour cherries and rhubarb.
Definitely a wine better at 10+ years old.
June 15, 2023 - Tried cellaring one of these to se what happened. 8 years on not much has happened. Still vibrant red, and pretty tight. Palate is charcterized by dark cherry and leather
March 16, 2023 - !2 year old wine, has always been in good cellaring conditions, which have paid off. Medium ruby colour, with tar, black cherries and a tiny hint of coffee on the nose. Has gained in mouthfeel with the years, and now has a lovely balance of fruit (cherries and plums) and acidity.
Friends don't let friends drink young Chianti.

과일향까지~~충분히 시음적깅며 2-3년 더 괜찮을듯~

November 10, 2022 - Laser beam of cherry fruit mixed with earth and mineral ascents. Still a little tannin, otherwise this wine is just entering its prime drinking window. No signs of fading. Fantastic value at $30. Delicious, great with pasta and red sauce
January 29, 2022 - Just delicious, perfect balanced tannin and acidity, lovely rich fruit, dark cherry, light wood, spice, earth as nuance interwoven. More grace than last bottle, great full length, no heaviness all lithe on palate.
