June 12, 2018 - Classic Botanica. Full of spicy, brambly florals and red fruits. Seductive and composed on the palate with great acidity.

April 18, 2018 - Wednesday session in my house. Tasted blind. Pop and poured. Drank over 2 hours. Took about an hour of air to blossom.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of earth, brambly red fruits, red flowers, stony minerality. Developing.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol (14.4%), smooth sappy medium tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of ripe strawberries, raspberries, red cherries, cola, fresh earth, plant sap, stony minerality, warm pepper spice with more air. Long finish.
Very good quality. Complex. Smells like a relatively young Burg but then on the palate unmistakably New World Pinot. I was guessing a very well made Californian possibly Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir.
Wow good stuff from Oregon! I have a bottle of this and will be keeping it to try again in 4-5 years' time.

April 14, 2018 - One hour decant. Deep rose color. Nutmeg, milk chocolate, ginger, cherry liquor, and wicker on the rich nose. Silky, smooth, lingering palate. Supple tannins on the medium long finish.

This is one of the best Pinots I’ve ever tasted. It’s simultaneously deep and light, with lots of warm spices and serious fruit.

November 19, 2017 - Refined, flawless, elegant but with muscle. Black cherry and vanilla.

September 18, 2017 - Delicious; like some of the other reviews, a nice blend of elegance and deep bold flavors.
