    March 15, 2019 - Shows some evolution with upfront notes of tar, leather and cured meat followed by prune and dried cherries. Sweet-fruited with roundness, good focus and polish. Layered and long.

    May 26, 2015 - TWB Antalya tadımına ait şahsi notlarımdır. Koyu bordo, mor röfleli. Burunda hafifçe biçilmiş çimen ve tatlı baharatlar ve siyah meyve kokuları. Orta üst gövdeli. Damakta kiraz, böğürtlen gibi siyah meyveler ve fıçıdan gelen çeşitli aromalar. Tanenleri belirgin olmakla birlikte rahatsız edici değil. Bitimi orta uzunlukta.

    January 27, 2015 - Saturated purple. Blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon with 20% Petit Verdot. Youthful and lively displaying hefty black berry, cassis and cherry fruit along with vanilla, licorice and floral scents. Very open and elegant despite the sweet fruit and dense structure. Long, penetrating aftertaste.

    July 5, 2014 - Tasted as part of the annual Şarap Tutkunları tasting in İzmir where I was one of the guests along with Aslı Odman as well as the members of the tasting circle; İsa Bal MS, Ayhan Güleyen, İlker Özdemir and Arif Öncü. The following note and the relevant score belongs to me only.
    Dusty nose with an array of red and black berries, both on the ripe side, layered with milk chocolate, vanilla, blueberry and violets. There is an enticing dairy element that also shows on the palate. Very well poised, supple, exuberant and velvety. Bottled, not yet released.

    July 4, 2014 - 4-6 Temmuz 214 "Kör"Türk Şarapları Değerlendirmesi /İsa Bal ,Ayhan Güleyen ortak tadım notu.
    Bu tadımda İsa Bal, Aslı Odman, Umay Çeviker, İlker Özdemir, Arif Öncü, Ayhan Güleyen hazır bulunmuşlardır.

    Parlak, mor röflesi olan siyah mürekkebimsi renkte. Bordeaux çağrıştıran zarif ön burnunda yanık süt,vanilya,kahve benzeri meşe aromaları ile dengeli menekşe gibi floral,ahududu, Frenk üzümü,erik ,kuru yaban mersini gibi ,ciddi ve olgun bir kırmızı ve siyah meyve yapısı yanında biraz vegetal dokunuşlara sahip. Dolgun ve yumuşak yapıda,bununla gelen bir tatlımsılığı ,ancak bunu da dengeleyen iyi bir asidi ve akıcılığı var.Uzun gösterişli bitimi ile birlikte yeni dünyanın iyi cab'larını çağrıştırıyor.

    Inky black colour with a narrow purple rim. Pungent nose with hefty cassis and blackberry mixed with alluring scents of violets that lead the way to tar, sweet spice and bitter chocolate. Deep, dense and very focused with ripe, beautifully extracted tannins, bright acidity and a generous, penetrating finish. Bottled but not released yet.

    December 1, 2013 - Before bottling. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot. All Sütlüce fruit.

    Inky red. A very complex bouquet of dark fruits, joined by vanilla, sweet spices, Turkish coffe, chocolate, floral oil and smoky minerality. This is like cassis filled Valrhona chocolate. Deep, sweet and pure, offering luscious black currants, black cherry and candied licorice flavors, and picking up rose and violet with air. Velvety tannins add gentle grip but are overwhelmed by the powerful fruit and tons of sweet spice. The minerality adds lift and urgency to the great finish, which leaves suave berry, mocha and spice notes behind. Plenty going on already but this is still a baby. This saw 80% new oak but is carrying it admirably.
