November 18, 2018 - Very light in color for an Aussie red. Red fruit and funk on the nose. Same on the palate with red raspberry and tart cranberry dominating, with notes of warm spice and slight barnyard. I am loving this restrained style of Aussie wines.

December 27, 2013 - One Last 2013 Dinner (Sydney, Australia): Served blind. Raspberry, cherry, licorice, roses and musk - very pleasant aromatics. Sweet raspberry note throughout the palate, it is well balanced by the acid line. Good length and a wine with more to offer than the superficial appearance.
