  January 6, 2019 - Winorama: A winter in Wineland III; 1/4/2019-1/13/2019 (Portland/Willamette, Eureka, Napa): Interesting wine. This pours so incredibly lightly it really surprised me. Was hard to tell it was a rose. I like this producer for adding some more unique flavors to their champagne. Not always just the standard toast or more spicy notes. This was a bit oxidized, but I like that in a champagne so wouldn't necessarily call it close to end of life. Good and interesting.

  January 1, 2016 - A big wine, definitely wants food. Rich and firm, with an unusual aromatic profile for a champagne - very savory. More herbs, flowers and meats than fruit. Fine now, but no hurry.
