October 25, 2020 - The wine looks straw colored. The legs are fast. It smells like a touch of lemon. It tastes like light raspberry. The body is light and has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity and no tannin.
We enjoyed this bubbly. Nice and refreshing on a Sunday afternoon! -

October 5, 2019 - Similar to my experience 3-1/2 years ago, this just isn’t very good. Comes across as sweet, with huge bubbles that dissipate quickly, little in the way of complexity, and a weak finish. Definitely a pass in the future.

April 13, 2016 - Lots of froth when opened and poured into a flute. As the mousse settles the color reflects a medium golden color, definitely much deeper in hue than the white gold I would expect from a young Champagne or upper end CA sparkler. Strong aromas of bread dough and sweet delicious apple, which follow through on the palate. Extremely rich mouthfeel, it just comes across as displaying a "big" sweeter style. Unfortunately, after it sits in the glass for about 15 minutes, the fizz turns flat. Short finish.

April 12, 2016 - Finally, I get it! I think this needed a few years bottle age as this now has the hallmark of fizz to compete with some of the french stuff. It's not a champagne beater but it's got good fruit richness and now the acidity has calmed a touch, it brings some added layers. Good stuff, sadly my last bottle.
