  December 20, 2022 - D+0h: cork comes out intact with a standard corkscrew (sommelier knife), a lot of deposit in the filter, a little bit in the bottle, smells of blackberry D+1,5h: purple red colour, smells of leather, blackberry and smoke, medium body, smooth in the mouth, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, in the mouth leather, blackberry and smoke, in the aftertaste blackberry, leather, smoke and acidity, good length (30 sec), good well-matured red wine.

  December 29, 2021 - Still going this wine but I don't see any benefit from further ageing. Cherry driven Sangiovese fruit with a slightly sour edge creeping in. Always a good value wine but I would drink up.

  December 24, 2021 - D+0h: quite a lot of deposit both in the filter and the bottle, smells of blackberry D+3h: dark as ink, on the rim slightly purple red, smells of tobacco, blackberry and leather, smooth in the mouth, medium body, dry, but not in a harsh way, in the mouth blackberry, leather and tobacco, in the aftertaste leather, blackberry and a little bit of tobacco, good length (30 sec), good red wine, always a safe bet.

  October 15, 2021 - D+0h: a lot of deposit in the filter and also some in the bottle, smells of blackberry D+2,5h: dark as ink, on the rim slightly purple red, smells of leather, blackberry and a little bit of tobacco (cigar box), medium body, smooth in the mouth, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, in the mouth leather, tobacco and a little bit of blackberry, in the aftertaste leather, blackberry and acidity, good length (30 sec), good red wine, has matured well.

  August 20, 2021 - PnD after a chill let air for 30mins.
  
  Consistent with previous note. Still fresh but in a perfect place. Nicely fleshed out with cherry plum fig herbs umami on the nose and palate. Lingering figgy herbal tobacco sour cherry finish. Huge cellar value.
