September 13, 2019 - This reminds me of some bottles we had of this last year that came from JJB. There's a definite oxidation to the wine. Bubbles are more muted. Comes across almost as still. And much more age than I would expect in a 90. And still I love really old champagne so I found it very enjoyable.

July 29, 2019 - Beautiful deep gold color. Nose of honeysuckle, citus fruits, apricot, pop corn, caramel, some marzipan and sweet spices. Mid weight on palate, sharp acidity and a bit frizzy adding freshness into this fully matured champagne. Very Long. A delight to drink now.

July 27, 2019 - Shows excellent fresh fruit flavors with plenty of acidic freshness. Still young, with very nice secondary complexities of light brioche, yeast, and hints of complex sweetness. Carries well through the mid palate before finishing gracefully with good resonance. Excellent showing, and an eye opener for me.

July 27, 2019 - Light gold colour. Very muted and didn’t get much better with air. Not consistent with previous bottles.

July 21, 2019 - Much fresher than the last bottle - this also a magnum. Bready, yeasty, some lemon, some lees. Good energy out of the bottle that dissipates in a few minutes of glass time. Medium yellow color with medium acid. This is definitely at its peak and should be consumed in the near future.

(Moët et Chandon Cuvée Dom Pérignon) Fine, elegant nose; almonds and cream. Fresh and balanced palate, vibrant acidity with a creamy-edged texture. Full, almond notes. Great finesse here. Wonderful structure for future ageing; needs a further five to ten years and should probably drink beyond that. Excellent.
