June 18, 2023 - Nice boastful aromas of primary black cherry, spice and some wood. Palate is rich and nicely texture if a little coarse at the moment. Just ahead of what should be a very long drinking window. 1-2 points of upside from here.

Medium(-) orange/ruby-brown, Initially the nose isn funky w/ flint, earth, wet rocks, cherry pie, ed fruit. Dry, medium(+)-high acidity, medium(+) tannin, medium alcohol @13% abv, medium body. Medium flavors of red berry, preserved cherry, grilled meat/protein, earth notes.
Elegant, extremely approachable and enjoyable. Long balanced finish tied together by refined tannins and acidity. Finesse, youthful.
Decant for 6h min minimum. Will improve over next decade or so. -

November 6, 2021 - Decanted for 30 min and its still too young and tight. Full body, stiff and high acidity. We gave another 1.5 hours for bottle breathe, and it becomes more gentle. Loads of fruit, and it’s still too early to drink this

September 25, 2021 - PnP and decant for 20-30 min. Very good but young. Loads of red fruit, full body and high acidity. Some complexity but dominated by fruit in this stage. Long finishing.
