January 14, 2023 - Slightly brownish. Glue from indigenous yeasts which blows off. Decanting helps. Round and ripe tannins. Still fresh. But s bit muted and by far less vivid than last bottle drank in Bernhard‘s restaurant in November 2021. Still gives joy. Was great with steak but also ravioli with vegetable.

March 3, 2017 - Only some short impressions: Very dark color, in the nose quite shy and unevolved, some dark fruits. In the mouth structured and with a lively acidity. Medium-bodied and a medium intense finish. One hour after opening the wine expanded quite a bit and was a very pleasant, albeit a little simple drink. It shares some resemblance with a rustic Cabernet based Bordeaux Medoc A.C. Drink now or store for up to 4-5 years.
