January 28, 2016 - Jean-Marie and Thierry Puzelat! The artists of this beauty in Loire. Biodynamic production and natural wine, with no chemicals, intervention nor SO2.
Wine for few people. Away from regular stuff and... that's exactly what I was looking for. Not that sh*t pineaple or a punch in face of tropical fruits.
1/3 of chardonnay, 1/3 of sauvignon blanc and 1/3 of fiè gris (sauvignon gris).
Lots of minerals, far away from fruit bomb style. Figs, honey, grass, leaves, tamarind... Great acidity and low alcohol, which is awesome. Old vines. Thank God I bought a full case. This wine will develop beautifully for some 3 or 4 years max. Beautifull yellow color. Great wine and producer.
