May 30, 2021 - In 2021, still maintains bright acidity. Bright cherry is balanced with a hint of earthiness and some minerality one might expect in similar quality pinots. Was very happy with the aging and would just suggest that the bottle is opened an hour or two before drinking.

January 10, 2020 - None of the fizzy refermentation mentioned by other reviewers. This wine is still fine, but I don’t think it’s improved since 2015, and may have lost a little freshness.

March 23, 2019 - Another example of an Unti wine that you must drink young to enjoy. Very little left on the nose besides barnyard funk. On the palate - wine is refermenting, with that annoying, carbonating sensation. Cooking wine.

February 17, 2019 - High acidity - would be well paired with a variety of foods. Bright strawberry and hints of grass (and possibly brussel sprouts).

September 22, 2018 - Medium bodied, earthy, good acid (worked with heirloom pasta sauce), nice fruit but not overly fruity, & just enough structure; black cherry, blackberry, black tea. Got earthier & (pleasantly) funkier with time & air.
