December 20, 2015 - Drinking this as a PnP. Wanted something more acidic to go with the cheese and pate we are consuming while dinner cooks. Fits the bill.

January 20, 2015 - Tuesday Night Double Blind <$30 (Bin 75): Straw amber, pale rim; straw, bitter almond, pear, green apple, mint, natural spice; sharp acid, nice fullness, envelops the palate, white flower, sweet fruit, fuller body, saliva inducing finishes very dry; very interesting and delicious; mine, most were in N. Italian whites.
