  July 26, 2020 - Waited too long on this as the fruit has faded and the acid is dominant. Medium purple with a bit of garnet. Nice fruit forward nose of cherry and raspberry with cedar and tobacco. Palate is faded fruit and tobacco. No decanting and drink up.

  May 17, 2018 - Dark red. Cherry and cherry syrup and a little campfire smoke on the nose. Medium plus body with good concentration of cherry flavour. Rather harsh tannin, and a medium length finish. This sturdy wine will age a few more years.
