August 8, 2021 - Blind. Obviously Rivesaltes. I thought it to be younger. Linear, some complexity.

December 25, 2017 - Prunes, raisins and spices on the nose. Concentrated, quite sweet, a hint of acidity which balances off the sweet. Raisins, prunes, plums, fig, something bitter, medicine. Bitter aftertaste, caramelized grapefruit. Hard to tell that this wine is more than 70 years old. Good, but didn't quite meet my inflated expectations.

October 29, 2017 - Wow, magical. A maidera style without the hard spirit alcoholic edge. Subtle, complex, surprisingly delicate and aromatic, with orange zest, caramel, fig and faint smoke.

January 26, 2014 - - Amber color. It's somewhat balanced with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a long finish.
