    April 4, 2017 - Clear, pale brass with white rim, hundreds of thin and fast-moving tears.
    Clean, med- intensity, with aromas of red apples, green gage, and a strong mustiness (I think I should have drank this earlier, limes, pickled onions and overripe green olives.
    Dry, a hint of tannins, med acidity, med- alcohol, light bodied, with further tastes of pears, fresh cider, white pepper, sulphurous, and gooseberries. short finish - past its prime unfortunately
