Community Tasting Notes 2

December 8, 2018 - Decanted for an hour. Some tartness on the finish. Still opening up at the time of these notes. Menthol forward on the flavor, dry. Seems to have alcohol forward, not quite sure on the integration of fruits. Seems somewhat disconnected. May be the bottle, or, perhaps needs more time decanting.

January 21, 2017 - Very nice cab full of dark fruit flavors (blackberry and cassis), medium-full bodied, smooth tannins and well integrated structure. Seemed to put on some weight the second night. Beware of sediment on last pour.
