November 13, 2020 - Pop and pour, consumed over 2 hours. Appearance: Clear, medium ruby. Nose: Clean, medium-plus intensity, showing florals - rose and violets, red and black fruit - strawberry and blackberry, and black pepper with tertiary notes of game and damp earth. Palate: Dry, medium acid, medium tannins, medium alcohol, medium-plus body, medium-plus intensity, showing primary flavors of raspberry and cranberry with black pepper with chocolate notes and a medium-plus - 45-60 second - finish. Very good quality drinking well now with at least 5 years left.
