September 9, 2018 - This was well developed but, to my taste, a bit nondescript.
No peaks or valleys to be detected. I was not very impressed..

April 6, 2017 - Drank 5 of these bottles at a party at the house. This wine needs a 2 hr decant for it to develop. After it breathes, it has a solid gentle flavor with some plum. I would say a medium finish that is ok. The scores seem rather low overall to me. Price is fine for a cdp.

December 18, 2016 - Dark maroon; nose shows dark raspberry and black pepper, plum, bouquet garni, iron, dark and a bit brooding, needs a chill and a good decant to open up.

December 10, 2016 - Smoky, meaty qualities on the nose. Medium bodied with good depth, showing blackberry, hints of black raspberry and plum upfront. Adds some blueberry notes behind along with licorice and integrated spices behind. Moderate tannins come in on the back end, providing some overall structure to the wine as well as length on the finish. Overall, a good CdeP with some varietal character and enjoyable mid-body fruit. May integrate a bit more with some additional age, but given where the fruit and structure are today, I'm not sure this will reward any extended cellaring time.

July 10, 2016 - Decent wine; Soft noise; dry finish; cranberry, raspberry, dried herbs, bell pepper. Needs time.
