September 4, 2018 - A top Loire Sauv, Blanc. IMO. A bit zingy...more so would be frizzante. Lots of Citrus, mineral, tropical, and flinty stones.

September 3, 2014 - Color amarillo pálido con suaves irisaciones amarillentas oscuras, bien brillante y limpio, gruesa lágrima bien lenta. Muy buena intensidad en nariz con unos matices minerales bastante profundos y refrescantes que secundan una fruta blanca y de hueso bien madura y agradable, toques de fruta cítrica (pomelo amarillo), hierbas del campo frescas y recién cortadas, algo de tiza blanca y flores blancas secas, suaves notas ahumadas de fondo. Muy buena entrada en boca con un intenso recorrido cremoso y con abundante fruta blanca (pera) y de hueso (albaricoque), muy buena acidez, intenso y con volumen, ligeros toques ahumados que le aportan más cremosidad al conjunto, notable frescura y persistencia. Final bien largo, postgusto de fruta blanca y de hueso madura y fino retronasal ahumado.
