July 16, 2018 - ok, that's the ticket. this is much better than the btl i had a few years ago. might be btl variation or might be age, but this is much truer to Jura character and much more of what I have come to expect from the region. Gorgeous pale red, berry and floral nose, floral notes, high toned acid and very quaffable. Great summer salumi and cheese wine. Love the purity here.

February 9, 2018 - Still solid and drinking very nicely. This wine as actually lighter than earlier reviews would have led me to expect. It had a nice fruity berry frontal attack but was then surprisingly watery from the mid-palate back. Easy to drink, "quaffable" in fact, acid/fruit balance just right. Perhaps other reviewers should try another bottle with more age on it. I have three more and will drink them over the next couple of years. 88+

I agree with neurowine1 - not a lot of sense of place but still enjoyable in its own right.

January 20, 2016 - This was just OK for me, whereas I essentially really like every btl of Jura red I've ever had. It was a bit bigger boned and missing that paler color, berry nose, mountain wildflowers, beautiful crispy freshneess and light as air feel. There is nice mineral here, howevet. Ovetall, i think the cepage doesnt work well here and the wine tastes incoherent without much sense of place. While this is not at all bad, it is not particularly good. This will, however, hold longer than your typical troussard.

August 18, 2015 - Found it lacking on nose and palette. Angular. Would not purchase again.
