March 21, 2014 - Juicy red berry nose. Smoky and soft with lovely plump fruit. Maybe lacking a touch of structure for my tastes but it’s really enjoyable and very tasty. Nice earthy character comes through on the finish.

February 11, 2014 - Pale in colour, a rusty red. Cherry fruit on the nose, but also a quite savoury, barbecue-like note. Accessible on the palate, good fruit, dark and earthy, fresh, a bit rustic. Lingering finish. Unusual, good for the price. 88-89

September 25, 2013 - The Dirty Dozen Tasting 2013 (Il Botaccio, London): Cherry fruit aromas. Palate is a little 'blocky' and lumbering. Lacks freshness. 15.5/20.
