July 19, 2022 - Reflets ocres en pourtour.
Puissant, persistant et épicé, ce Lavaux est en tout point conforme au style Tortochot.
Il n'est pas très complexe, mais il pourrait gagner d'autres tons dans les 2 prochaines années.
Superbe allonge; Il a de la sève.
C'était encore presque abordable à l'époque ...

Søtlig, rustikk rød nese. Menthol.
I munnen, fortsatt rustikk men syrefrisk. Slank nesten litt puslete. Ørevoks.. -

January 30, 2021 - Dyp, klar mørk rubinrød. Meget delikat, sødmefull duft av mørke moreller, modne bringebær og mørke, søtlige kryddertoner. Samt et svakt og behagelig fatpreg. Etter noen timer dukker det opp en liten urtetone, litt rosmarin og timian-aktiv.
Moden, mørk delikat smaksprofil, kompakt smak med god konsentrasjon.
Det er et dypt, mørkt bærpreg her, sødmefull og ‘chunky’ munnfølelse med nedtonet men delikat syrestruktur og middels tanningrep. Lang smakskurve med preg av saftige, mørke bær i ettersmaken. Smaken er best de første par timene - utover kvelden kommer det en litt ‘ripsete’ syrlig tone, men vi ender allikevel på 92 p. -

January 4, 2021 - Drank from Coravin. High alcohol and a bit harsh at the edges. A bit savoury notes but feels over extracted. Altho price point is reasonable for a burg but dont quite like it.
