January 27, 2020 - Clear light red. Gamey berry fruit, warm stone, plum and some funk and black pepper. Delicious earthy dry pepper, roasted meat and dry red berry flavours and a long dry textured finish.

    Still going strong.

January 19, 2020 - Bill's bottle. Light garnet color with tertiary notes of pepper, herbs, Morroccan leather and canned Queen Anne cherries. My WOTN.

July 13, 2019 - Perfectly apoint! But very little amber. I've had this cellared since original release. Still showing some fruit, wonderful nose, medium finish. All the flavors you'd expect from a nicely aged Ch d'P from this excellent vintage. While drinking very well now, it showed no signs of deterioration during the hour it was consumed. Went very well with Indian Rack of Lamb (Berrah Kebab) and the Ginger & Lime chicken.

April 27, 2018 - Leather, chocolate, canvas, rubber and gravel on the nose. So in other words very little going on.
Inspite of the brown tinge on the edges, there is an unctuous, syrupy quality to the palate experience complimentining carnival burnt cotton candy, carob and dirt along w old prune on a rather long finish.
Wish I had another bottle left.
    Less for my kids/grandkids.

February 15, 2016 - drank this up north with a long simmer dish by my mother. Perfect but this wine needs to be drunk I'd say.
