March 11, 2017 - Great balance - medium fruit, medium yeast, light-medium acid, low alcohol. Long lasting bubbles. This is still drinking excellent - not the least bit over the hill. A very nice bottle.

November 5, 2016 - This is very tasty with green apple, lemon curd, lees, a hint of brioche, and just a hint of herb. The palate is fresh with lovely mousse good depth. A classy bubbly that I would love to have more of.
