    July 16, 2023 - I’m between 91-92 here.

87zin/13petite sirah. This has everything you want in a Zinfandel but dialed back with class. I’m shocked there is this much PS because even at 11yrs, it’s not overly dark/chocolate driven/black pepper spiced. Seductive aromatics of violets, black cherry, mixed berry pie. Great acidity for a Zinfandel. Cedar, spiced red and black berry fruits. Drinking at peak. If you love elegant zin, you’re hard pressed to find a better one. A perfect wine for our TX bbq.

March 12, 2021 - Just a terrific bottle of wine. Any tannic "edginess" is completely gone, with the wine showing great fruit, a touch of graphite (never thought I'd use that to describe a wine!) and the beginning of the cedar and leather flavors that come with an aged bottle of wine.

If you got it, drink it!
