January 19, 2014 - A clear pale straw yellow, lacking any hints of green. Rapid forming thin tears. Aroma of stone fruits, nectarine, some spice, minimal if any alcohol carry to entry with addition of some minerality, spice and a bit of ginger or white pepper. Quite clean and refreshing, finish is clean and medium length, no detectable bitterness; no detectable wood.
