February 9, 2015 - Restrained pinot nose. Soft. Palate is soft, silky, delicate with a tinge of excitement from acidity but lacks real fruit or depth. A decent little quaff.

January 24, 2015 - Ripe red cherries perfume nose. Quite straight forward on the palate with some oaks. Still has a slight bit of the barnyard funk. Smooth tannins.

January 24, 2015 - At a Henri Boillot 2012 merchant tasting. Medium-light garnet. Discrete nose of spices, oak and red fruit. On the palate this is a tad thin for its structure to reach 90 points. Good aromatics at this level though.
