September 17, 2022 - Très bon et apprécié de tous les amateurs de bourgogne autour de la table. Moins sur le fruit vu le 10 ans passé et semblait un peu fermé. Je crois qu’il aurait pu vieillir 2-3 ans de plus ou aurait sûrement avantage à être en carafe 45 minutes avant de servir.

November 15, 2019 - At a Gevrey Chambertin tasting. All were good, all were village wines. This was more fruit forward than most, but good complexity. I need to drink more Burgundy.

February 19, 2017 - Robe soutenue de teinte rubis. Le premier nez est charmeur sur des notes de fruits rouges mûrs (cerise, framboise), d'épices (cannelle), de sous-bois (terre humide, humus). Ce Gevrey-Chambertin est nettement plus ouvert et aromatique qu'il y a 15 mois.
En bouche, le fruit est dense et riche, les tanins amènent une bonne structure au vin et l'élevage est, somme toute, déjà assez bien intégré. Le fruit est doucereux sur mes papilles, une impression de suavité qui perdure longuement pour nous bercer sur une finale explosive de petits fruits des champs un peu surets.
Superbe bouteille qui pourrait sûrement encore évoluer, mais ma dernière bouteille devrait être éclusée avant la fin de l'année!
