September 26, 2016 - Buttercup colour; upfront, buttery, lithe; dry, sappy; finishes in positive fashion, very long. Much better than previous bottle, clearly bottle variation. Can be held, but safest to drink up.
July 31, 2016 - Excellent wine. Well worth its price.
November 29, 2015 - Rather deep in colour; buttery, tropical undertones; slathered in oak, fruit masked, acidity obtrudes; plenty of character but unknit. In decline?
February 13, 2015 - Floral, citrus and stone fruit notes. Flavours are balanced broad on the palate but with a spine of acidity. Not completely balanced but a nice mineral edge to it.
January 30, 2015 - Characterful, expressive, nice weight. Drinking very well, with ability to age.
January 11, 2015 - Lovely wine. Nice, medium acidity that takes almost an hour to come into its own after you take it off the refrigerator. Well integrated, sublime oak. Green apples and lime. It didn't go all that well with the pork chops, but was good afterwards. Not spectacular, but pretty good value.
January 10, 2015 - Really a blank canvas. One of the most muted and neutral wines I've tasted. Sweet at the front with a bitter finish. Nothing offensive but nothing to distinguish the wine. Would have had a hard time placing this as Chardonnay because of the lack of character. Underwhelmed.
September 23, 2014 - Luscious apple pear taste with a long finish. Very Earthy !
The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle.
It smells like mineral, apple and pear.
The wine finishes long.
July 24, 2014 - Well made wine. Quite heavy and drank like a decent Meursault. Needed quite some time to open up. Was p&p'ed in the restaurant and was a bit to cold at the start. Pared well with escargots.
May 13, 2014 - Very buttery. Quite rounded.
