January 16, 2023 - In a great spot. Dark ruby color, no bricking, fragrant nose of cherry, rose petal, cola, sassafras and spice. Chewy, dark cherry, cola and a little bite. Shortish finish. Great but would drink sooner rather than later.

December 3, 2022 - Still fresh acid, fruit a bit overridden by acid and alcohol. Deep cherry/plum color to edge, not even brick or orange on the edge after 10 years. Beautiful velvet/viscous mouth feel. Dark cherry, cola, almost brambly/smoky palate. Aging amazingly well - I’ll open the next bottle in 3-5 years with great anticipation - if I can discipline myself to wait.
