July 26, 2018 - Good nose, had lost some fruit since the last time I tried it. The wine had entered a closed phase. Wish I would have drunk it a year or two ago, though it will be interesting to se how this wine will be in 5+ years.

January 23, 2018 - More accessible than a year ago. Great balance, depth, and complexity for the price point. Aroma/flavor profile consistent with my previous notes. ABC makes great, old-world style Pinot, and this one should be good through 2022. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score 92.

December 28, 2017 - Great aromatics immediately upon pouring; developed complexity after decanting; reached its peak after 45 minutes; vibrant cherry and raspberry, sweet spices, hints of anise and an occasional touch of vanilla; sweet red and blue fruit flavors; silky, smooth, medium body, great balance among acid, tannin and sweetness; long, sweet, spicy finish. Got a bit flabby with warmth, but a gentle cooling on top of the ice bucket brought it back to its optimal temperature.

October 26, 2017 - Great showing. Decanted. Beautifully perfumed nose with spiced red cherry, a hint of cola/cocoa. Great complexity, and it kept changing; a bottle that I could just sit and smell. On the palate, wonderful acidity, cool red and blue fruit with a hint of spice on the finish; where there is the slightest hint of tannin. This is showing a beautiful mix of primary and secondary flavors right now, and showed just wonderfully. Sad this is my final bottle.
