January 25, 2014 - Verticale Chianti Rùfina Fattoria Selvapiana (Radisson, Roma): 11.71% alcool, Vigneto promiscuo con alcune viti a piede franco e anche uve bianche. Pare proprio che oggi l'ossidazione non sia di casa. Ferrovia, saldatura, poi un pizzicore vegetale, i fiori. Bocca finissima, spettacolare, sa di the, di limone. Persistenza diversa dai due precedenti più su note verdi che fanno pensare all'uva bianca.
