March 26, 2024 - Dark red fading to translucence at the edges. earthy, berry aromas. Soft on the palate, black cherry, strawberry, forest floor. Fully resolved tannins, light acidity, good balance. Finishes moderately long with strawberry notes. Still quite nice. Drink next 2 to 3 years.

    December 27, 2021 - Clear garnet color.

Quite savory on the nose, sous bois, morel, black cherries.

Tart and crunchy red fruits on the palate. Tangy and on the lean side with red apple skin and some ruby red grapefruit.

Nice, lovely nose, if a little lean and simple one the palate.

    July 10, 2021 - Tasted over 2 hrs
-nearly semi-translucent med red mild bricking
-prominent beetroot rhubarb with a wet stone note
-med/med+ acidity, med weight somewhat medicinal faded rhubarb, a bit of warmth on the backend accompanies the med- tannins
-somewhat off balance, this might have been a little better when the fruit was fresher; at least it wasn't clearly flawed like the sister bottle opened a few years ago

January 5, 2021 - Very pleasant and balanced. Would be incredible as a restaurant wine, as it is pretty much exactly what I'd want if I paid the $$$ to buy a 10yr old Pinot at a restaurant. Tasty and light and would complement almost anything.

November 26, 2020 - Still drinking really well and guessing can still go quite a bit longer. Plenty of acidity along with nice red fruit, including notes of cranberry, so went really well with Thanksgiving dinner. Good stuff.

October 8, 2020 - Medium light red. Dried berry, smoke, cassis on nose. Bright fruit, good acidity, raspberry, cranberry, earthy on palate. Lighter weight, lower alcohol style. More refreshing and less syrupy than a lot of Cali pinots. Medium length finish. At peak.

July 11, 2020 - Last tasted 2 yrs ago. Still quite good, refreshing acidity and bright red and black fruits with certain spice and minerality.
Not a repurchase at $65 USD but quite good. Drink now through 2023.

September 17, 2019 - I agree completely with ACYSO, there is a green herbal element with an upfront hit of acidity that never really fades. It’s a bit linear on the pallet, but you do get tart pomegranate with white pepper. It does open up a touch with time in the glass.
