    February 8, 2010 - More like the 9/13/09 bottle.

September 13, 2009 - Much better experience this time than last. It might be a better bottle, or it might be that I'm so friggin obsessed with Chablis right now! Fresh and bright high toned lemon, melon, white peach fruit....Chablis funk seashells, flint, doughness.....nice citrusy lemon/lime cut, minerals abound, some honey creme, brown sugar crust. Having this after the last glass of 2000 La Chablisienne Grand Cru Grenouilles makes it a little harsh and less complex...and really shows how killer that wine is. But, by itself, and for the money....a nice Chablis with interest.

March 20, 2009 - Ahhhh...this is what that salty sea water thing is all about! I get that. Stony lemon tarts, rich and creamy pear/apple/white peach....minerals abound....as well as dried bread dough, which I am not the fondest of. Little funky, almost a little corky mustiness....maybe smoky flint? I like this wine...but out of all the Burg Whites I've been crackin lately(Meursault,St Aubin, Chass/Puli Monte....) my least favorite.

February 29, 2008 - Very correct, very stony, creamy; not quite as crisp or acidic as I expected, but overall, very Chablis.
