March 15, 2024 - This is now in full mature mode and a wine we have followed over the last decade almost ( Papies 92-93) . Well secondary , nice rich feel of mature and frankly feels older than it is still other 2002s. Well round, rich and toasty and for sure will draw all the right looks. 93

컬러는 잘익은 옐로우골드.
오픈 직후에 훅 치고 올라오는 고급진 옥시데이티브와 사과, 무화과, 복숭아 계열의 과실이 넘실거린다.
옥시데이티브의 본좌 답게 잘 익은 샴페인의 전형이다.
조밀한 버블과 좋은 산미가 든든히 받치고 있어서 역시 볼랭져는 실망이 없었다. 잘 익은 샴페인을 좋아하는 사람에겐 딱 시음적기의 플래그쉽 샴페인을 느낄 수 있는 좋은 와인이라는 생각이 들었다.
다만, 개인 취향으로 샴페인의 프레쉬함과 더 선명한 산미를 중요하게 여기기 때문에 지극히 개인적으로는 아주 살짝 고점을 지난거 같다.
"그래서 나는 Bollinger! 그리고 Cristal"

January 14, 2024 - Delicious from magnum although it feels like it is peaking or perhaps this bottle. Golden mature yellow color, tiny vivacious bubbles, nose of brioche, baked golden apples, jasmine, stones. Soft but present and fine on the palate, superbly structured, finishes fat and buttery.
