October 13, 2021 - similar notes, perfect with 2 hours decanting
Weinwisser says: "Differentiated, fine cinnamon aromas of red fruits with a hint of tobacco, forest mushrooms and liquorice; nuanced, elegant, ripe and dense on the palate; Pickled cherries and cranberries underlaid with a hint of tar and liquorice. The remarkable inner tension with fine minerality "

December 24, 2020 - Too much evolution, fruit has almost gone, the structure did not manage these 11 years. Should have opened this bottle 4-5 years back.

July 25, 2020 - elegant Brunello, soft and harmonious, with excellent ripe tannins, some spicy notes, no decant, just opened the bottle 4 hours before, right now definitly in drinking window

May 29, 2020 - Better than I had anticipated. Other than being a little hollow at the mid-palate. This entry level BdM hits all the right notes. One thing I particularly like is its lightweight and smoothness. Definitely well into its drinking window. 30 mins decate should open it up nicely. Drink now.

November 10, 2018 - Light in color. Spice and fruit on the nose. A light, somewhat elegant Brunello with a palate of red fruit, spice, mineral, and acid. The finish was long with tart red berry and spice. I think this wine would benefit with a few more years in the cellar.

April 23, 2018 - A nice an lighter Brunello. A little tannic but still very good. A lot of fruit and earthy notes. Probably would have been better in a few years. Color indicated it is young. Very good with a few hour decant.

December 29, 2016 - Berry fruit with that Brunello spiciness makes an enjoyable bottle of wine. Tasty!

September 11, 2015 - Classic and traditional Brunello. Nose is wide open but palate is rather tight at the moment. Wait a few years.
