December 31, 2021 - Outstanding Pinot with some dark fruits and spices. At it’s peak right now so I can’t see how it can get any better.

May 21, 2021 - Wonderful tonight. Still very dark. Went very well with grilled salmon. At a great place. Full of flavors cherry, blueberry. Didn’t get a big noise. Filled mouth. Nice finish

October 13, 2020 - Very smooth with great red fruit. Still could use some more time as it opened up as the night went on.

April 14, 2020 - Dark spicy fruit, earth and a bit of eucalyptus fill your mouth with flavor. Renegade Ridge is always a distinctive vineyard and this vintage showcases how excellent it can be.

November 28, 2019 - Has mellowed quite a bit but has typical notes of oregon Pinot. Deep ruby color. Black cherry on the nose, cherry flavor has mellowed, still with a fair amount of fruit. Medium tannins. Taste lingers. Probably at its peak. One of the better ones I’ve had recently from this vintage and winery

November 14, 2019 - Lovely wine. Starting to mellow some. Dark. Great flavors. Had with Salmon. And later with cheese and chocolate cookies. Went great with chocolate.

October 26, 2017 - Beautiful cherry bouquet. Complex aromas and body. Could easily age ten more years

May 31, 2017 - The wine upon opening was tight and closed. Little to no nose or flavor at first. Took a good hour for the wine to open up a bit more. This wine needs to be decanted and set back for no less than one hour (possibly two) prior to attempting to drink it. Hints of red berries fruit flavor, deep red color with slight tannin bite. Tobacco/smokey taste with a medium finish.

January 21, 2017 - Set the bottle out of my wine celler 3 hours before dinner. Decanted at restaurant but did not need it. flavors of blackberry and cardamon with slight tannin, but very smooth finish. Rich ruby color and fragrant nose but getting more complex as it ages.
