January 2, 2024 - Popped and poured. Drinking great right now. Violet, tar and earth on the nose. The wine is medium to full bodied, shows wonderful balance and acidity and decent concentration. Black cherry, roast meat, earth and spice come through on the palace. This is delicious today. Question is how long lasting this will be and how will it will continue to evolve.

July 30, 2023 - PnP, served with smoked pork loin, a great match. Plum, leather, olive and some floral aromas. Lots of fruit with plum, black pepper, iodine, black olive and floral. Smooth tannins in the finish. Over the last 2 years, the tannins have softened.

October 29, 2022 - If you pop this now, drink it quick. The VA becomes overwhelming.

January 17, 2022 - 13.7% abv. Dark ruby, very aromatic. Ripe plum, black pepper, coffee grounds, olive and black tea leaves. Vibrant, deep and long, probably at its peak.
