    April 21, 2020 - Orange/ salmon color
Light mousse but more than frizzante - quickly dissipates
Delicious aromas of strawberry/ raspberry jump out of the glass - along with a bit of herbal undertones
Fruity palate with small amount of residual sugar - echoes aromas with some added richness
Quite refreshing - uncomplicated but delicious

December 31, 2018 - Had in a paired tasting menu. Off dry but not sweet. Good structure. Nice tannins. Simple but pleasant and I treating with the right desserts.

July 26, 2018 - Morsom og frisk musserende søtvin, men 50 kr for dyr, burde ikke kostet mer enn en Brachetto d'Acqui.
