  April 9, 2022 - What a pleasant surprise. Still going strong at 10 years.
  Love the smoky butter mouthfeel of the oak barrels. Tropical fruit in the back lurking.

  June 2, 2019 - Apple, pear, lemon, coconut and butter aromas. Apple, caramel, pear, lemon lead to a long, soft, buttery finish. Well balanced. Served with shrimp scampi.

  May 4, 2018 - Apple, pear, pineapple, lemon, vanilla bean and spice aromas and flavors. Finishes soft and dry with good length and limestone notes. Chablis like. Served with a vegetable pasta.

  July 10, 2016 - A very large, fruit forward, modern Napa Chardonnay. I have 5 more and boy am I going to start opening these. the wine is ready to go. A syrup festival of fruit. One might say "Oaked",
  
  At first a fragrant nose of tropical fruit with a palette of honey, and buttery molasses. Smooth with a long finish at least 1 minute of vanilla and oak. A spectacular wine which will likely not improve much more. Keep these cool to delay aging process or drink now.
