September 24, 2022 - "90th" Joint Birthday: Toast, ginger, lemon, honey and pear on the nose. Excellent depth and poise, there is underlying power and intensity on the palate but it is wrapped together beautifully with good acidity to keep it fresh. Fantastic length. Not as stunning as a bottle back in 2008 but still showing immense class.

October 2, 2021 - Brilliant showing. Burnished bronze. Still lightly petillant with lovely secondary and tertiary characteristics, honeyed nuttiness uppermost. Expect remaining bottles will last at least five or more years. Wish I had more!

September 11, 2021 - Still plenty of fruit and I guess we are lucky to have a still fresh bottle. Thoroughly enjoyable after 1hr of breath. Celebrate friend's 40yr birthday!
